The staff are affable and excellent. Its location is favourable and marvellous, so close to downtown, restaurants, retail stores, and bars. I would love to return, I liked the stay.

The hotel has amazingly attentive staff, from the housekeepers to the front desk. The property is conveniently located near bars, restaurants, the interstate, retail stores, and the airport. We greatly enjoyed the nearby lake, which was just a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

The rooms were always spotless and tidy, and the staff - especially the cleaning crew - were so nice and welcoming 😊. Plus, the restaurant on-site had a big variety of yummy food to choose from.

The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location near the interstate made it convenient for traveling to different destinations.

The bathroom sink and shower were not up to the standard I am used to in hotels. The sink had no surrounding cabinet, leaving the pipes exposed, which was a bit disappointing.

The room was not as clean as should have been and the toilet did not work. Drains backed up in bathroom. Window seat was filthy. For it to be a non smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes.

The price was right and you get what you paid for. Internet worked, cable worked, it didn't stink.

There was a used wash cloth still in the shower. The beds could use a mattress pad or replaced; they sink into the center and are not very soft.

Rooms are on the run down side. Paint splattered on walls from ceiling, paint on carpet. Room was probably cleaner than it looked due to dark brown color painted on wall. Furnishings in room in need of replacement. no remote for the tv.
